SOFTREKA WEB SOLUTIONS OPC PVT. LTD. grants to Licensee a nonexclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use, operate, and perform (collectively “use”) the Licensed Program for the purpose of own internal use. Licensee may not, however, transfer or sublicense the Licensed Program to any third party, in whole or in part, in anyform, whether modified or unmodified. Licensee may not sell, license, sublicense, copy, market, rent, lease, transfer, translate, modify, adapt, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer (except as allowed by law) the Software or the LicensedProgram.

All program specifications, applications, techniques, ideas and/or formula utilized or developed or provided by SOFTREKA WEB SOLUTIONS OPC PVT. LTD. in connection with CLIENT's implementation of the software are and shall remain the sole property of SOFTREKA WEB SOLUTIONS OPC PVT. LTD. No title, patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, intellectual property, or other ownership rights of SOFTREKA WEB SOLUTIONS OPC PVT. LTD. are transferred to client.

All services purchased on skulon.com can be canceled within the 10 days of the payment date. In order to claim a refund for the Service please email your request along with the order number to [email protected]. The refund accruing shall be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of the cancellation request. If we have received the payment through a valid debit/credit card, then the same will be refunded to your debit/credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of cancellation.
